Mr. Pursley (born 1959) practices trial law in Texas courts and is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court. He was recently honored by inclusion in the 2007 edition of Marquis Who's Who In America Law. Since 1987, Mr. Pursley has chaired over 400 arbitration hearings in Texas as a Neutral. Mr. Pursley is also qualified to practice law in the Washington D.C. Court of Appeals. In addition to earning the Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law, Mr. Pursley has completed advanced legal education, attending Pepperdine University and earning the Masters Degree in Dispute Resolution from the prestigious Straus Institute. This program is consistently ranked first in the country by Newsweek Magazine for advanced, post-law school training in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Pursley's knowledge and acquired skills in the field of settlement negotiation, coupled with an aggressive approach to trial practice are an excellent combination for achieving optimal outcomes to both litigated and non-litigated disputes.
